Refund Policy

Exchanges for Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Email us at mdbessentials@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged product
  • A short description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send out a replacement right away.


No Refunds or Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for used, opened, or unwanted products.


Incorrect or Missing Items?

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.


Processing Time

Approved exchanges are shipped out within 2–4 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a new tracking number once your replacement is on the way.
